I’m so happy you found your way to my webpage! I’m so excited to share how you can become more fulfilled, healthy, and balanced in your everyday life!

Through the use of compassion, science, and intuitive wisdom, I strive to guide sentient beings (this includes you!) into a more holistic, happier version of Self.

I do this through my commitment to show up fully. This means you will receive my complete attention and awareness. In our work together, you can expect to feel better in your body, heart and mind, release stagnation, and connect more consciously to yourself and those around you! You can anticipate a balanced approach that lets you know you are seen, heard, and understood.

I also make my own organic herbal remedies to best support you in your daily stream of living. The formulas I use come from ancient Thai practices. This can include anything from herbal compresses to inhalers, teas, baths, steams, oils, and so much more!

Some of my trainings include participating in the Kripalu School of Yoga and Ayurveda, Naropa University, Landmark Forum, Woven Body Healing Arts School, and Marshall Rosenberg’s NonViolent Communication.
